Boutique Hotel,
Victoria, BC
Inspired by the hotel’s historic building, which was built by Victoria’s first Chinese developer, combined with the current owner’s Venetian heritage, we are curating an eclectic collection of guest room art that channels the home of a world traveler, mixing cultural influences. The collection integrates historical imagery sourced from museum archives with contemporary artists’ interpretations of classical subject matter.
SCOPE: Art for 68 guest rooms, with 6 different room types. 
Multi-Family Development, Massachusetts
With a unifying design concept of Crossroads, this dynamic new building in Boston’s inner suburbs appeals to young professionals with extensive amenity spaces and an expansive co-working floor. The art collection highlights emerging contemporary artists from around the globe, with pieces that speak to the concept of interconnectedness.
SCOPE: Custom art collection for lobby, leasing area, club room, mail room, fitness and co-working amenity spaces, plus elevator lobby triptychs.
